2012 will again be a veritable feast for lovers of southern cuisine, Monteiths ales, fine wine and whisky!

FOOD:

Festival cuisine is being created by a selection of Southland's culinary experts. Elements of traditional recipes and southern flavours are assembled to give event visitors a taste of Celtic/South Seas fusion, with a hint of days gone by. Food will be available throughout the day starting from 12 noon. Portion prices range from $4 - $10. List food stall holders once confirmed.

SOMETHING TO WHET YOUR WHISTLE!

Monteiths Ales complement our themed fare. ...and of course Hokonui Moonshine. Authentic Hokonui Moonshine will be on offer for patrons to have 'a wee dram or two' of the good stuff - Hokonui Moonshine created from the original McRae Recipe. But for you tea-tottlers we haven't forgotten about you - The Salvation Army are on site, creating an array of old-fashioned soft drink options for you to sample.
