Stall Holder Information

The Hokonui Moonshiners Festival has earned a reputation in the hospitality industry as an event to be involved in! By capitalising on the festival’s success it provides an exclusive opportunity to promote culinary excellence. It also gives chefs and restauranteurs a stage to showcase unique ingredients and distinctive flavours culminating in truly original and inventive themed menus.

There are 15 sites available, and deadline for registration is no later than 10th October 2009. If you are interested in being involved in the Hokonui Moonshiners Festival as a food stallholder please review the stallholder information and registration forms, paying attention to the conditions, and return your registration by the deadline specified.
